Kasumi/Kunoichi Elf

It is a blend file with a texture inside the folder, in order to apply the texture you need to go to blender's "Files/External-data/Find missing files" then hit click on the texture folder.

The model's shaders don't seem to work for 4.1.1
still works in 4.0.2 as all the other models however 

Its also recommended you use simplify for this
